Another French LAN and another trophy for GamersOrigin after ESWC Metz, where all GO teams shined.

Pierre “Trec” Breuil showed once again his talent as a Hearthstone player after his victory in HCT Tour Stop Germany. In ArmaCup Metz, he crossed swiss rounds and reached Top 8. Then, Magicgeek, who already beat our player in swiss, overcame Trec.

Concerning Fortnite, our whole new players were facing high expectations. They managed to handle it despite technical issues and DDOS. Our lineup finished first of its group and qualified for the pro tournament, where it ended on a Top 4.

GO League of Legends players and their new coach Candyfloss arrived in Metz as the favourite of the LoL Open Tour event ran in the city. It was the last French LAN before the European Masters, a decisive one in the race for the French first seed.

After a group stage with 2 victories in 2 games, GO defeated Zephyr Black, Bastille Legacy and Vitality Academy, taking our revenge on the bees after the last qualifiers.

We defeated Supremacy, the Made in France former roster, in the winner bracket final and faced them again in final. We managed to claim victory 3-0 and to bring another trophy home. TynX and Toaster‘s skills on Kindred, Ezreal and Kai’sa look very promising prior to the European Masters main stage.

GamersOrigin players were also competing in other events, such as our Dofus players. They lost to Panacée Mortelle and Batailleurs Glorieux in the DWS Summer Edition and they will try to claim their first victory this week.

Pac, Cap and Cocow are qualified for the TrackMania ProLeague next phase. If they make it to Top 14, they will play in Paris games Week for the conclusion of the competition.

Stephano was in Montreal for the WCS: he did well and went through group stages #1 and #2, where he finished on a 2-0 score. He lost in the last group stage and did not reach the bracket but it is still a great performance.

GamersOrigin sent both Purple and Gallon to Montreal for the Hearthstone Tour Stop held in the city. Purple finished 17th among 89 players when Gallon advanced to the semifinal and to Top Top 4. Together, they brought 14 points to GamersOrigin for the HCT Team Standings #GOWIN.
