Weekly Report 07/01/2018
The first weekly report of July starts with a Starcraft II tournament. Our favorite Zerg player, Stephano, was in Germany to take part in Take TV HomeStory Cup XVII.
32 players splitted in 4 groups of 8 were struggling to reach the top 4 of each group and to qualify for the next stage. Stephano went 6-1 and was second of his group, obtaining a spot in winner bracket. Then, he won against PartinG 3-2 in a serie full of proxy and cheese.
Unfortunately, he lost to Lambo, who has beat him in group stage yesterday. Then, in the first GamersOrigin – O’Gaming Starcraft II match, INnoVation won 3 to 1. Stephano finished in Top 6 and is focused on DreamHack Valencia after this great performance.
GamersOrigin Hearthstone lineup played its semi final of ESL French national championship against Helios Gaming in ESL studio. It turned into a 0-4 defeat for our boys, who finished Top 4 of ESL France team competition. They will soon travel to Italy for the next HCT Tour Stop.
Dofus World Series are ready to start in few weeks, and you can already contribute to the cash prize via the in-game store.
In the meantime, we are at 1-1 in Draft & Skill after two matches, looking to improve and to train before DWS Summer 2018.
After weeks of training and qualifications, it was finally time for ZetaroR Cup to take place in Toulouse, France.
Aurel and Papou were more than ready and aware that the entire organization was ready to cheer for them.
Group B was not easy for our drivers who managed to take the two first places and to obtain a slot in the final. This last race was a GO-ZrT match, with Papou, Aurel, Bren and CarlJR. The three-times winner of the event was too strong for his opponents: CarlJR claimed a fourth ZeratoR Cup trophy and let our boys in Top 4 #GOWIN.
