Weekly report 02/26/2018

General

This is our third weekly report, with a special focus on Hearthstone. Our boys Un33d and Fishou took part in several tournaments this weekend.

Un33d was a guest of ArmaCup in Kremlin-Bicêtre. He first met Lapotre, who qualified for the event. It went wrong for Grégoire Bodin, who lost his first match. Then, he won 3-0 to Osyris from Mantic0re in the loser bracket. In the next round, he eventually lost 3-1 to Kàlaxz, from Vitality, and dropped out of the tournament.

Un33d is now preparing for Melun Gaming WinterFest held next weekend.

While Blizzard is focusing on Standard mode for Hearthstone, Wild is still alive and competitions are often run in this mode. For instance, Fishou tried to qualify for the Wild Open, a Blizzard official event with $25.000 cash prize. He competed in the European qualifier, a Swiss system tournament with 7 rounds. Fishou managed to win his seven matches and hit the first rank of the first stage, moving to the direct elimination stage. Fishou played his decisive matches on Sunday afternoon – with only the 4 top players being able to compete in the final competition. Fishou managed to qualify after two tense BO3 against Kat and Valenash.

There was no Auzom Premier League this week for PUBG due to IEM Katowice. Our squad used this extra time to prepare for the Obsidius finals, on February, 26 and March, 3th. They played the PUBG Online third week, which ended with a 14th place. Concerning the Global Loot League Bravo Division, they reached a top 15.

Stephano will try to qualify for Katowice and the IEM tournament today. His first opponent will be DnS, who defeated him in the last Olimoleague. He is placed in bracket #1, with players such as Bly or souL.

Concerning Dofus, DWS qualifiers are on their way, and our team is ready to study players and strategies to claim another world champion title in March #GOWIN.
